Deborah Licurse Director, MFT, 42830
Deborah Licurse founded Peace-It-Together Counseling Agency over 20 years ago and still remains its Director. She has grown the agency from providing community outreach to its current list of services which includes providing couples workshops, teen depression groups, parenting groups, and clinical counseling services for families, couples, and individuals.
She developed and implemented a Teen Dating Violence Prevention outreach curriculum, which has been presented in many local bay area middle and high schools. The Teen Domestic and Family Violence Intervention Program came to fruition based on a grant Deborah wrote and successfully won with the county of Santa Clara. This program has been in existence serving our youth for over 15 years.

Noah Warren
Noah comes to us with over 12 years’ experience in behavioral health, social services and nonprofit administration. He has worked in multiple treatment settings in the capacity of direct service, program administration, fund development, Board consultation and strategic planning. Noah earned his Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Davis in 2005 and has since worked with youth and adults who are struggling with addition and mental health. His passion for working with young people —which has sustained for over a decade—stems from his experience running a 51-bed adolescent residential treatment program in Southern California for several years.
As the residential director of Pacific Lodge Youth Services, Noah gained invaluable experience and knowledge in how to successfully execute a treatment program for some of the most challenging populations, using compassion, innovation and tenacity. Over his 8 year tenure, from youth counselor to director, came experience with systems of care, program administration, licensing, County- and State-level infrastructure, and the development and tracking of contracts, grants and outcomes. Noah left Pacific Lodge in 2014 so that he could take this wealth of information to other nonprofits and small businesses as a consultant.
Since then, Noah has worked with dozens of organizations, helping them develop resources and secure funding for programs, and recently opened Roots Through Recovery—an outpatient treatment center in Long Beach, California—where he is currently the Chief Program Development Officer. Noah has been assisting Peace-It-Together in writing grants and helping to develop the organization’s strategic focus and direction since 2015. He joined the Board of Directors in 2017.
